AIVE is established in Venice in 1984 as software house, through a joint agreement between IT experts and local entrepreneurs.
At the beginning the company works only in the local are but from the nineties AIVE begins a continuous expansion throughout Italy.
The growth, always supported and funded by the excellent results, continues solid in years thanks to customers trust. They consider AIVE the ideal partner for their business and information system growth.
At the middle of the nineties, company decides to specialize in the products integration offered from the biggest international vendor, focalizing its strategy in customer investments protection.
In 2000 AIVE embarks on an important business project with the objective a strong growth with a correct mix between internal development – by technical investments and sales and marketing actions – and the acquisition of companies with specific skill and strategic market customers; since 2002 this project is supported by a pool of private equity investors composed of Emerald Advisory Services & Equity Investments, PM & Partners, Athena Private Equity and Prudentia, a closed-end fund managed by Fidia Sgr
After the acquisitions done since 2001, the company reviewed its internal organization and its vertical market specializations; today AIVE Group is structured by three legal entinties with specific market skill : AIVE Spa, group leader, BST SpA and AIVEBS SpA.
