What data does the Aive GEO website process?

The website processes two kinds of data. Forms collect what you enter, to answer your request and with your agreement. Audience measurement records, where your consent allows, the language, page, segment, module, CTA, campaign, source and device. Form content and sensitive data are not sent to analytics.

Frequently asked questions
Are my form answers passed to the analytics tool?

No. The data you enter in forms is used to handle your request. Only navigation events, such as a form submission, may be measured where your consent allows, without the content of the fields.

Can I withdraw my consent?

Yes. You can withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time; the privacy policy explains how.

Does Aive use my videos to train its models?

Under Aive’s policy, customer content, inputs, outputs and personal data are not used to train general-purpose or cross-customer models. A dedicated model is only possible under written agreement. Details by product (Aive Studio, Aive GEO, creator media) are on the Security and trust page.

Who should I contact about a privacy question?

Aive’s privacy contact is given in the official privacy policy. You can also write to the team through the Contact page.
