What does Aive offer developers?

Aive publishes API documentation at api.aive.tech, built from an OpenAPI 3.1.0 specification. The published specification documents 48 endpoints. It covers key-based authentication and scopes, webhooks, cURL examples and the pipeline that turns a video into analyses, articles and exports. Commercial access is an Enterprise API on quote, with scopes, limits and support defined in the contract.

OpenAPI 3.1.0
A standard format for describing APIs. The specification published by Aive is authoritative for paths, parameters and responses.
Scope
A permission attached to an API key. A key can only reach the operations its scopes cover.
Webhook
An HTTP notification sent to your system when a job changes state.
Capabilities

Four capabilities, one API.

Video-to-data

Scenes, speech, faces, products and on-screen text, as structured, timestamped data.

Versioning and clipping

Ratios, durations, formats and clips, generated from one master.

Localization

Subtitles, contextual translation and voice-over, for every market.

GEO generation

Answer-first articles, FAQs and structured data AI can read.

The pipeline

A video goes in. Verifiable outputs come out.

Source videoEnabled analysesDraft articlesHuman approvalExports and publishingWebhook

Every step points back to the source video and moment. Available analyses depend on your contract; a generated article stays a draft until your team approves it.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from technical teams.

Does every plan include API access?

No. The API is an Enterprise offer on quote. Scopes, usage limits and support level are defined in the contract. The documentation stays public and can be read before any commercial discussion.

How many endpoints does the API have?

The published specification documents 48 endpoints. It is authoritative: if another figure appears elsewhere, the OpenAPI specification published at api.aive.tech is the one to rely on.

Can I test the API without a contract?

The documentation and cURL examples are public. Authenticated calls require a key issued as part of Enterprise access. Any trial arrangements are to be confirmed with the Aive team.
