Four templates to use today.
The grids Aive applies with its customers, written out here in full. Copy them, adapt them to your context and share them with your teams: no account needed.
How should you use these templates?
Each template matches one step of the Aive method. The scoping checklist sets the scope before any measurement. The sourced-statement grid documents every published statement. The VideoObject checklist prepares a video for search. The answer-first brief structures a strategic page. Use them as they are, or build their fields into your own tools.
- Measurement scope
- Brand, questions, engines, markets, languages, competitors, assets and period agreed before measurement, as in a GEO Audit.
- Sourced statement
- A published statement linked to a verifiable source, with status, scope and verification date.

Can I reuse these templates freely?
Yes, for your own projects. They are published to be copied and adapted. They reflect the Aive method; using them does not amount to a measurement carried out by Aive.
Do I need Aive to apply these templates?
No. They work in a spreadsheet or a shared document. In Aive, the same fields are carried into the workspace, depending on plan and configuration.
Why does a statement need an expiry date?
Because a statement true today can become false: prices, engines, comparisons and integrations change. A review at 90 or 180 days prevents out-of-date information from staying online.
