What does Automation do?

Three layers, one chain.

The Aive GEO agent answers in natural language from your data, explains what is moving and suggests actions ranked by impact. Workflows turn those actions into executable sequences, node by node, with testing, scheduling and history. Enterprise features, SSO, roles, API and webhooks, fit it all into your organisation. Nothing is published without approval.

The problem

Every project reinvents the same process.

Forgotten steps

Without a template, a review or a rights check gets skipped when the team is in a rush.

Tasks repeated by hand

The same operations are rerun for every video, every market and every client.

Opaque automation

A script that publishes on its own, with no trace or approval, creates more risk than it removes.

Agent

Ask a question. The Aive agent takes action.

Citations and sentiment per engine, sources, competitors, videos and timestamped moments: the agent answers from your data, suggests the actions that matter and runs the matching workflows. Demo data.

Example requests

What you can ask the agent.

Everyday questions, answers with figures, actions ready to run.

“How can I improve my brand’s AI visibility?”

Share of answers citing you, 7-day trend, the engines that cite you, then 3 prioritised actions.

“Why is my competitor cited and not me?”

The sources, pages and video moments that make the difference, question by question.

“Which video moments answer this question?”

Timestamped moments from the Content Graph, with the target page and the format to produce.

“Refresh the Comparison page and measure the effect.”

Runs the Content Refresh workflow: score before and after, new version submitted for approval.

“Prepare the clips and article for episode 12.”

Transcript, chapters, suggested clips and article, ready for review.

“What changed this week?”

Changes in citations, sentiment and sources, linked to the actions taken.

How it works

Understand, suggest, act under control.

  1. 01
UnderstandThe agent reads your data: tracked-engine observations, scores, Content Graph and MGT analyses of your videos.
  2. 02
DiagnoseIt explains the gap with the figures, period, coverage and sources of each measurement.
  3. 03
SuggestIt ranks actions by expected impact, effort and prerequisites, and shows the data behind each one.
  4. 04
ExecuteIt runs the matching workflow: reading, analysis, writing, markup, video, delivery.
  5. 05
Approve and measureAn authorised role approves publishing; the effect is tracked on the same timeline as the initial measurement.

Always within your rules

The agent acts with your workspace’s roles, modules and destinations.

Frequently asked questions
Can the agent publish on its own?

No. It prepares and runs workflows; publishing or sending to a destination always waits for approval from an authorised role.

Where do the figures in its answers come from?

From your workspace’s observations and analyses: tracked engines, questions, period and sources, shown with every answer.

How is it different from Aive Expert?

Aive Expert answers your website visitors from your videos. The agent serves your teams: it analyses your visibility in AI answers and prepares the actions.

Can we build our own workflows?

Yes, in the editor: Research, GEO intelligence, Video, Delivery and Control nodes, with testing, scheduling and history.

What happens when a node fails?

The run stops at that node and the error is logged in the history. Alerts and retries depend on configuration.

Can a workflow be triggered from another tool?

Yes, through the API or webhooks when enabled, with scopes, limits and support defined in the contract.

Is my CMS compatible?

Compatibility is validated connector by connector: API version, connection test, tested capabilities and contractual availability.

Which security assurances does Aive publish?

Aive publishes a SOC 2 Type II report, GDPR compliance, encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logs; the ISO 27001 process is under way. Client data is never used to train models. The Trust Center shows the current scope.
