The principle

What is an Aive Studio pilot?

A pilot is a first production run of Aive Studio on one use case: versioning a campaign, localization, clips from long-form. Before starting, Aive and your team set the goal, the masters, the Playbook, the formats and the metrics. The pilot is paid; its amount is deducted from the annual plan you choose. At the end, a before/after readout helps you decide what comes next.

Pilot order
A document setting scope, deliverables, method, amount and review date.
Playbook
Your brand rules encoded once, enforced automatically on every version.
Readout
A before/after comparison, with method, scope and limits.

Aive and client roles

Aive sets up the workspace and the Playbook, produces the proposed versions and the readout. Your team approves the scope, the versions and their distribution.

  • AI prepares. Your team decides.
  • Every release stays subject to your approval.

What the pilot does not promise.

The pilot measures what is observed within an agreed scope.

  • No media performance is promised: published results hold for their scope.
  • No delivery deadline beyond what the pilot order states.
  • Measured gains hold for the pilot’s masters, formats and markets.

Frequently asked questions
Is the pilot free?

No. The Studio pilot is paid, scoped on one use case, and its amount is deducted from the annual plan you choose.

Is there an Aive GEO pilot?

No. For Aive GEO, the free check gives an instant AI visibility estimate, no account needed, then a scoped GEO Audit measures your position on agreed questions, engines and markets.

How long does a pilot last?

Duration depends on the use case, the number of versions and approvals. It is set in the pilot order, with a review date.

Do we need to reshoot?

No. The pilot starts from your existing masters and brand rules.

Is my content used to train models?

Under Aive’s policy, customer content, AI inputs and outputs and customer personal data are not used to train or improve its general-purpose or cross-customer models.
